Laughable

Only Malaysia justice system can twist a total court order in opposite direction after one appeal is made. If there is error in the previous judgement, the past judge should be stripped of his title as judge for making the mistake. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we're handling a Constitutional court case. Quite sensitive though!

bnut being stripped off th e judge title is a little too exaggerated dont you think ;) the error mig ht be in a judge's discretion, or his preferred doctrine of law
