Security guards, patrons hurt in nightclub brawl

About 10 security guards and three patrons were injured in a brawl at the Queensbridge Hotel this morning.
The brawl believed to have broken out at the nightclub after a woman was asked to leave the hotel about 1.25am.

A security guard was forced to the ground and assaulted, while security personnel who went to his aid were attacked by about 30 people, police said.
Police believe the brawl continued outside the venue until officers arrived.
All patrons were ejected from the venue, which was shut down immediately after the incident.
Police are investigating the brawl, with detectives yet to review CCTV footage. No arrests have been made at this stage.
