Badawi starts his move to step down. Finally!! He answered the call from the people. Definitely he is a "nice" politician, "full of courtesy" and "well manner" kind of person as it seems from the outside, however being a politicians that is soft spoken and rarely speaks up is no different from a commoner on the street, what more; when he is the Prime Minister of a nation. He leads a nation; how can he remained silence when thing goes out of hand?
I wonder anyone ever heard about the "The chronicles of Khairy(AAB-Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's son in law)? It stated in one of the blogs i found that narrates how he rised to "illegitimate" power of supremacy controlling the action of AAB from afar. Firstly, whosoever who wish to meet the Prime Minister MUST!! be scanned by him first although we all know he wields no power in the cabinet nor even a member of Parliament in Malaysia. How can a person without any bit of power able to control such an influential man?? mind-blogging indeed. Khairy's conditions for people to meet the Prime Minister is simple; he would need to know what, where, why, when and how are they explaining to the Prime Minister, they would also need to pay an estimated MINIMUM!! fee of RM500,000 to him as "toll fee" or i would personally note it as "CORRUPTION MONIES", and allocate some major and minor projects to Khairy's company (If i'm not mistaken, its the Libra company or some sort because he is the director of it which means a share of the overall organizational's profit). I know!!, pretty absurd isn't it to have such people even able to set foot into Malaysian government affairs.
Thats not all yet, at one time when our ex-foreign minister, Syed Hamid Albar insisted to our "sleeping PM" that they need to have a close-door meeting which practically means no nonsense people are aloud to join only top notch officials with elite post. Khairy however insisted that he must be allowed to enter the meeting, and AAB actually allows it!!!. Khairy has many University's friends scattered inside the government department of every portfolios. Each of them will finally report to him what ever happens in their respective departments/portfolios. This means that he is the puppet master of the entire show(governance of the country). Moreover whenever people asked AAB to settle something he would usually reply them "we need to have a close-door meeting regarding the highlighted issue". HELL knows he went home to request permission from Khairy himself before commiting to it.
Next is regarding our methodology of speaking in the August House-Parliament. In Malaysia, Members of Parliament under the ruling regime MUST not in anyway support the oppositions' calls of any issues and vice versa eventhough it goes against their human like consienceness. In Britain's Parliament however, members of the ruling regime or opposition parties are allowed to support issues raised by anysides based on their own conscienceness inregardless of their parties. SO i raised the question; "Are they loyal working for their parties or working for us the rakyat?" Let me reiterate it "It is WE who vote for you and it will be us who WILL and CAPABLE to vote you out!". It raises the eyebrows of many whether are we practicing the actual effect of democracy?
I've read an article which talks about our Malaysian Parliaments' functionality. Since the days of Abdul Rahman till now, whenever there is a disagreement between the highest position; which in our case is the Prime Minister with any other individuals, he/she/they will be sacked immiedietly. Why is it so, can't the leaders discuss in some sort of democratic manner? If it is so, then what difference are we in if no one under the ruling regime are allowed to question the authority of the Prime Minister eventhough he is at fault to dictatorship or tyranny method of governance. In Britain, eventhough the ex-Prime Minister, Tony Blair was lambasted again and again for allowing and leading the country to ally with US to head to war in Iraq by many top officials including those under him, he never asked them to be sacked, instead he defended his actions. We can't just shut a person up for speaking upon their conscienceness. Unethical! Mahathir had definitely done that to Anwar Ibrahim, although several top world nations requested and insisted for the release of Anwar during the time he was prosecuted years ago.
Did anyone tried to stop or even question the authencity and authority of Mahathir?? NO!!, Mahathir wielded to much power and influence in the cabinet. Therefore it is almost suicide to even challenge him in anyway unless you belongs to the oppositon parties.
